Subscription Plans
Our subscription plans are designed to be flexible. Here’s how managing your plan works.
Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your plan at any time. An upgrade is considered any change to a plan with a higher value, which includes:
- Switching from a Basic to a Pro plan.
- Increasing the number of credits on your Pro plan (e.g., from 450 to 900).
- Switching from a monthly to a yearly subscription of the same level (e.g., Pro Monthly 1800 to Pro Yearly 1800).
How Upgrades Work: When you upgrade, your new subscription period begins immediately. Your newly purchased credits are added to your existing balance, so you never lose any credits you've already paid for.
Extending Your Subscription
If you purchase the same plan you already have, your subscription will be extended.
- Example: If your current plan expires on October 10, 2025, and you purchase the same plan again for another year, your new expiration date will become October 10, 2026. The credits from the new purchase are added to your balance immediately.
Downgrading
It is not possible to switch to a plan of a lower value while your current subscription is active. If you wish to downgrade, you will first need to cancel your current subscription. Once the current billing period ends, you can then subscribe to any lower-tier plan.
How to Modify Your Plan
You can manage your subscription from the "Subscription" page in the app. From there, you can choose to modify your plan, which will allow you to select any available upgrade.
